We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us at press@nationalww2museum.org so that we can work to make it right.
Please note that our return policy is only applicable for issues regarding quality of craftsmanship and/or assembly. Therefore, make sure you are aware of the following before placing your order:
· Your order will arrive exactly the way you designed it. We are not responsible for any spelling errors, typos or poor layouts, and we will not edit, redesign or reprint your order. Please be sure to proofread your order carefully before you purchase.
· Low resolutions images do not print well, therefore any personal photos added to your order should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. The ordering software will flag all images that do not meet this minimum recommendation with an exclamation point (“!”). We will not reprint any order because of poor image quality resulting from the use of a low resolution image.
